The Details

I believe God is the Creator of all beautiful things in this world. Flowers, animals, the constellations, and the holy covenant of marriage. One way I praise the Lord is through painting. I begin each wedding painting by painting a prayer for your marriage before I begin the initial layer of color. Not only is painting an act of worship for me but hopefully a reminder you can hang in your home of God's love!

Arriving 2-3 hours before the event, l set up my easel and table and begin to paint in the background of the venue. I am sure to add in special details like flower arrangements, the cake, and anything you'd like to have included! As the wedding is in full swing, I capture the Bride and Groom with my brush (and a quick snapshot) and will continue working on them throughout the reception. I also paint first dance scenes! I use professional quality supplies and canvases so your painting will last for years to come. The painting is completed using acrylic paint, so it dries fully by the end of the wedding! Each painting is done on Gallery-Wrapped Canvas, meaning, you don't have to frame it. It can be hung directly on the wall!

Many of my Brides include their pets in their paintings, as well, which I love!!
